We love all of our clients at The K. Rose Experience, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Hair Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. ****All shippings are set at a flat rate of $10 unless you have an international order ($30)or unless your order is over 20 items (approx.$20) All express shipping is an additional $25 on top of flat rate and prices shown above!
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All payments are final so please be sure you know exactly what you want and how you want it! Once wig is worn you may not get an refund or exchange, An exchange of half of the amount MAY BE ALLOWED only if brought back in within 1 hour after purchasing.
